4PM Coffee Thoughts: It's September MotherCluckers!

looking ahead

What's Going On: It's a new month and some really cool things are in the works!

It's Thursday and a new month, and I've got a bunch of things in the works over the next couple weeks.

Looking to do quite a few more reviews on some of the items I own and have coming in.

Along with the reviews, I'm working on a one month post -- a review of my first month in Lifestyle Design.

I'm taking a deep look into what I've covered with you, what's changed, and what's next.

Look for that on September 8, 2016!

I've got my Raspberry Pi Zero setup last night.

It functions right now as a webserver and a Network Attached Storage (NAS) solution running a stripped down Raspbian OS, NGINX and PHP7. I run GRAV, a flat file CMS by Rockettheme. I chose to run a flat file CMS as it doesn't need a database, so I didn't have to install MySQL.

Since the Zero only has 512MB RAM, I am focusing on conserving as much as possible there.

I'll be posting a tutorial on how to get your Raspberry Pi Zero setup in the next couple days, so watch for that as well.

What's In My Ears:

"Elements" by Lindsey Stirling

Breaking onto the scene four years ago with Crystallize, a Dubstep & Violin combo, Lindsey has graced my music library with over a dozen songs, including this one, Elements.

I'm listening on the TFZ Series 1s Earbuds today, and this is one of those songs that just sound really darn good on the IEMs.

Elements appears on her self titled album (iTunes)
